The Leeson Group of Marcus & Millichap sold the 16-unit apartment complex at 372 W. Bay St. in Costa Mesa, California, for nearly $5.8 million, or over $362,000 per unit, to a revocable trust.
The 13,809-square-foot multifamily property consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom units there were 100% occupied at the time of sale.
Tyler Leeson, Matthew Kipp and Kurt Hediger of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. Leeson and Kipp also represented the buyer in the deal.
