Trask Apartments Buys 25 Units for $9.3 Million
Trask Apartments purchased the 25-unit Garden Apartments at 7920 Trask Ave. in Westminster, California, for $9.3 million, or $372,000 per unit, from a group of private investors.
The single-story, 19,097-square-foot multifamily property was fully occupied at the time of sale.
It offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units featuring private patios, on-site laundry, a swimming pool and gated access. The complex is within walking distance of Kindred Hospital and the Westminster Gateway retail center.
Tyler Leeson, Johnny Chang and Michael Cavner of Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale on behalf of both the buyer and sellers.
