A Chula Vista medical surgery center has been sold for $10.8 million.
California Retina Center, 835 Third Ave., was acquired by a private buyer from Orange County who was not disclosed.
The seller was Alnik Associates, LLC of San Diego.
Representing Alnik Associates from Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office were Ben Tashakorian, senior managing director, and David Benjamin and Trent Carvolth, investment specialists.
The buyer was represented by Matthew Kipp and Tyler Leeson, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Newport Beach office.
The 24,000 square-foot building has 29 exam rooms, four laser rooms, two angiography rooms and three operating rooms.
The center is the flagship location for California Retina Associates, which also has offices in La Mesa and El Centro, according to the firm’s website.
