25 Units Trade for $5.8 Million
A private investor acquired the Ten Sixty Apartments at 1060 W. 17th St. in Santa Ana, California, for $5.8 million, or $232,000 per unit, from a local owner.
The 25-unit, 14,332-square-foot multifamily building features gated access, open and garage parking, on-site laundry facilities and a central courtyard.
Tyler Leeson, Matthew Kipp and Anthony Brown of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. Leeson, Kipp, and Christian Tait, also with Marcus & Millichap, represented the buyer in the sale.
