Wilmer Jimenez joined The Leeson Group at Marcus & Millichap in Spring of 2024 at the Orange County office, specializing in multifamily investments in North Orange County.

Wilmer earned a certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of California, Los Angeles. Born and raised in Orange County, he is knowledgeable with the market of his own backyard and experienced with local clientele.

With an extensive history in hospitality management, building client relationships comes naturally to Wilmer. He holds an ambitious personality and a passion in commercial real estate and is driven in exceeding his clients’ goals.
