Nick Kazemi is a First Vice President Investments with Marcus & Millichap at the Newport Beach office. A high achieving individual with the drive to excel, Nick specializes in Multifamily transactions with the Leeson Group. Nick has been energetic in launching his commercial real estate career. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2016 as a multifamily investments specialist in the Orange County and Los Angeles County areas. With a background in sociology, and professional experience in the commercial real estate industry, Nick has the tools to exceed client expectations. He works tirelessly to develop strong client relationships, always being attentive to client goals. Nick offers aggressive marketing approaches to create a competitive pool of buyers, consistently delivering the highest value for a property.

Nick graduated from UCLA in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. He was a member of the UCLA Men’s Basketball team from 2011-2015.
