Michael Cavner is a commercial real estate broker, advisor, and investor with 20 years of experience in commercial multifamily real estate. He currently works with a large and varied client list currently comprised of private investors and firms. Michael has personally executed over 300 individual multifamily transactions with an aggregate value of $1B and an emphasis on Southern California-based assets.
Experience within both the private and institutional communities culminate in his very well-rounded skill set. This includes complex financial modeling, portfolio acquisition/disposition deal structure, formal market and lease evaluations, client-specific analysis in deriving risk-adjusted returns, development and repositioning modeling, and strong communication skills.
