Johnny’s brokerage career started in 2007 with two local multifamily boutique firms in Seattle, Washington. From there Johnny moved on to working at CBRE (2014-2017) where he specialized in multifamily investment properties and development opportunities in both Orange and LA Counties. In 2017, Johnny moved to Kidder Mathews where he continued to develop his multifamily brokerage business.

Johnny is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, which allows him to instantly create value for both local and foreign investors by providing local expertise and access to the inflow of Chinese capital streaming into the Southern California market. Johnny graduated from Harvard University with a master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies and focuses in Management and Finance. His rigorous interdisciplinary educational backyard, along with his current dedication to earn and maintain trust throughout the entire process of business development, not only reflects Johnny’s capability to build local promise, but his ability to deliver local solutions.
