Carter is a Director of Investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Orange County office located in Irvine. He works for the company’s top-producing Leeson Group specializing in the Orange County & Los Angeles multifamily markets.

Carter graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development.  His further real estate education in finance & investment gives him strong skills in analyzing property valuations and deal structure including risk and return analysis.

Carter is an Orange County native, and a firm believer in building client trust, listening, and working hard to successfully help his clients realize their investment objectives. Carter is an active member of the professional association NAIOP and the Trojan Real Estate Association. In his spare time, Carter loves to surf, snowboard, golf, travel, and live a healthy lifestyle.
